Iron Klaw makes his escape and is pursued by Quick Stryke and Ballistic. Two recruits Short Fuze and Tall Sally are welcomed to the team. It seems Metalhead is romantically involved with Tall Sally. Their celebration of a successful mission is short-lived however. Mr. Clancy briefs them on a new mission. Professor Reyland is to be protected at the public unveiling of the Ferti-gel. Count Alaric Von Raini, Ruler of Kalistan attends the unveiling, as he is eager to see how this new product can help relieve his famine stricken country. Back at Skar Headquarters Klaw and the Duchess plot to steal the Ferti-gel. Her goal is to use it to get back in power once again as her family has been ruler of her country for generations. At Extreme headquarters Ballistic makes the mistake of hitting on Mayday and gets tossed in the air for his efforts. Short Fuze talks to his pregnant wife on a video phone; Lt Stone interrupts the conversation to tell him to get ready for the mission. Mayday, Tall Sally, and the rest of the team go incognito in formal attire to the event. Outside, the Iron Klaw replaces the honor guard with his own troops. Once inside Lt. Stone notices something different about their boots, it is too late however despite their efforts and the fight that follows; Iron Klaw kills Count Raini and replaces him without their knowing.
