Australia
In the early 80s, G.I.Joe figures were repackaged by the Australian toy company Toltoys and sold as Action Man action figures. Eventually, Action Force/Action Man were replaced with G.I.Joe.
There were no exclusive action figures released in Australia. However, they did get two of the European exclusive Tiger Force figures - Tiger Force Outback and Tiger Force Psyche-Out.
In addition, Australia was the only place that got a second series of D.E.F. (Drug Elimination Force) figures. In the United States in 1993, nine figures - Law (v3), Mace, Muskrat (v3), Long Arm,
Gristle,
Headhunter Stormtrooper,
Bulletproof (v2),
Headhunters (v2), and
Mutt & Junkyard (v4) - were supposed to be released as the second series in the D.E.F. (Drug Elimination Force) subset. However, because of the unpopularity of the D.E.F., the figures were released in the 1993 with no mention on the D.E.F. on the packaging. Australia is the only place that these figures were released as part of the D.E.F..
