Pictured above is an Australian G.I.Joe Comic Book #1. The adventures from Marvel Comics were reprinted in black and white by Cyclone Comics and published in Australia beginning in 1989.
The comic book introduced a new G.I.Joe character named "Digger" - who looked like Recondo but spoke with Australian slang. Digger introduced the story on the first page and returned at the end of the story. The book reprinted G.I.Joe Special Missions #1.
