Pictured above is the cover to a promotional booklet introducing the Sonic Commandos - the 6 talking commandos (4 G.I.Joe, 2 Cobra). There's a Dutch cover and a French cover - the inside is bilingual. It's copyrighted 1991 but the figures weren't available in Europe until 1992.
