This Japanese catalog was available with boxed vehicles and playsets in 1986.
Along with the cover, pictured above are the 1986 series of vehicles that were released in Japan - including the VAMP, Skystriker, FANG, Skyhawk, RAM, Polar Battle Bear Skimobile, HISS Tank, and Stinger Jeep.
Also, note the very cool logo of the G.I.Joe Eagle fighting the Cobra icon.
