Spain - Carded Cobra Commander

Pictured above is a mint-on-card Cobra Commander (v3) from Spain. While released in 1987 in the U.S., he was released in late 1988 and sold through 1990 in Spain as Comandante Cupra.

The cardstock and bubble quality of the European G.I.Joe figures is very comparable to the U.S. G.I.Joe figures.
