Pictured above is a mint-on-card Overkill from Spain. While released in 1991 in the U.S., he was released in 1992 in Spain as Barracuda.

The cardstock and bubble quality of the European G.I.Joe figures is very comparable to the U.S. G.I.Joe figures.
