You may have noticed our new snazzy headers and the new snazzy banner ads that come with them. Our site is never going to be the prettiest techno fanciest site on the web, but we think the new headers are pretty neat-o in a simple functional sort of way.
A few tidbits while I'm writing this-
Most of you saw that Hasbro's new gijoe.com web site posted some advance pictures of the new 2002 toys, then took them down within twenty four hours.
In the meantime, you can see a handful of pics of a few of the new 2002 figures and vehicles at Entertainment Earth.com.
And if you still haven't seen these yet, get over to TNT's Web Camp at http://www.treasuresntoys.com/webcamp.htm. They have dozens of pictures of the new 2002 prototypes, including construction and how they compare to existing "o-ring" models. And they have a contest to WIN one of the prototypes.
The Yo Joe Depot will have new stock in and some new surprises very soon. When that happens, we'll post it here.
If you're Brazilian and interested in a G.I.Joe Convention in Brazil, head on over to http://www.universohq.com/.
Sorry that the Vehicles Archive restoration is going so slowly, but the blame falls on Hideo Kojima and the PS2 folks for Metal Gear Solid 2. If it wasn't for them, I wouldn't be so far behind. :)
