YoJoe.com has some information regarding the forthcoming Mission Disc figure packs from Hasbro.
Mission Disc figures are single carded figures with a pack-in CD-ROM and have a MSRP of $3.99. The discs debut a new technology in the way the cartoons stream off the disc. It will be a great way for kids to get into the classic entertainment. These are not planned as the rollout of single carded figures, as the 2-packs have gotten a great reception and Hasbro is keeping that momentum going.
The games included, one on each of the three different discs, are the same as those currently available from www.gijoe.com. They are simple games for kids to play, and not deep, involving games. The main content is to be the cartoon episodes and the bio cards for characters.
