Build a Tanks for the Memories tank!

Many of the 2007 convention attendees were disappointed when the GI Joe Club had to announce that the Tanks for the Memories Maulers would not be available due to issues beyond their control. The previews they had looked great, & they did all they could, but sometimes no amount of blood, sweat or tears will get you what you've been working for.

Dockingbay97, a long time member and administrator here at YoJoe!, had a great idea. Build our own tanks, and make a contest out of it! The goal was to custom build either tank that we would have received for our Steeler or Rip It convention figures. Contestants could use any tank - not just the Mauler - and not just made by Hasbro - however it had to be a tank and it had to be in scale to the 3 3/4" figures. One entry per person - it could be either the Joe or Cobra tank. Contestants could make both if they chose to, but officially enter only one.

The winner would be selected by a popular vote, and that's where we are now - See the original contest HERE!
