The COBRA Ninja Hovercycle converted from motorcycle to hover mode with the push of two buttons, and featured multiple weapon configurations and weapons storage.
The COBRA Ninja Hovercycle was made using the same mold as the G.I.Joe Ninja Hovercycle, but uses a different windshield and has an additional tail piece.
