Description:
The Cobra H.I.S.S. was released boxed as a Toys R Us exclusive in 2000. The box included the driver, Rip-It.
The mold was originally used in 1983 to create the original Cobra H.I.S.S. Tank. The mold was also used in 1985 to create the Sears Exclusive Cobra Sentry Missile System, in 2002 to create the Convention Exclusive, and in 2004 as part of the Operation Crimson Sabotage set.
Variations:
Some versions of the H.I.S.S. III box and instructions have been found with a warning sticker applied. Some versions do not have the warning sticker.
International Versions:
The H.I.S.S. III was sold in Mexico with Spanish language packaging.
