Description:
The H.A.V.O.C. was first released boxed in U.S. toy stores in 1986. It included the driver, Cross Country. The H.A.V.O.C. was also sold in 1987 and was discontinued domestically in 1988.
The H.A.V.O.C. mold was re-used in 1990 to create the Sky H.A.V.O.C..
